Singlepoint sight

The Singlepoint was tested by the US Army at Frankford Arsenal as part of the sight enhancement project. The project tested 66 different sights between 1967 and 1975. The project would culminate in the development of the RCS (Reflex Collimator Sight) by Frankford Arsenal and AAI Corporation. The RCS would fail to be adopted after testing in 1975 (Blake Stevens & Ezell, 2004).
